The La Zagaleta estate covers over 900 Hectares and has some of the most amazing facilities at residents´ disposal. Including great golfing, country walks, stables and a whole host of things to do in the 5000m2 clubhouse, once home to Adnan Khashoggi.
The estate is divided up into sectors and each sector has a pre-determined number of plots available for homes. There are still plots available for construction and many of which have great views. It is worth noting that because La Zagaleta is set in some extremely rugged countryside, that in order to start building many plots will require addtional remedial work, in order to level the ground sufficiently to build. This should not cause alarm, as builders in Spain are use to delivering fabulous houses regardless of terrain. You will require a certain amount of vision whilst viewing plots in the estate, but when you get adjusted you will be amazed at what is on offer.
I have included a La Zagaleta site plan, that will help familiarize yourself with the location of specific plots. There are over 50 km of roads within the estate, so this will give you an idea of just how large this development is. In terms of build density you will see that the owners have been more than considerate to their clients with the possibilty of only building 400 residences in a 2200 acrea area.
